Refund, Return, and Store Policies

Custom Order Policy

All products offered by Forever This Moment are custom‑made using photos and information provided directly by the customer. Because each item is uniquely created, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Photographs of the damage may be required to process your claim.

If the claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A refund if a replacement is not possible

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Refunds for lost packages are issued only after the carrier completes its investigation.

Customer‑Provided Photos

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photos are:

  • High enough quality for printing

  • Free of copyright restrictions

  • Appropriate for production

Forever This Moment does not enhance or alter customer photos beyond basic cropping or rotation unless otherwise stated.

Processing Times

Processing times vary based on order volume and typically range from 2–5 business days before shipping. Rush processing may be available upon request.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Forever This Moment is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Order Changes

Because all items are custom‑made, changes to an order may only be made within one hour of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us within this allotted time to help you with that.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping. Forever This Moment does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
